1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging, with tags still attached.
Please note: Customized or personalized items (e.g., with your name or number) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thefootballshirts.co with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Photos of the product (if there is a defect)
Our support team will guide you through the process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If your return is rejected, we will inform you via email.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@thefootballshirts.co.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
